Objective: The main objective of this activity is to increase the awareness and the level of preparedness of stakeholders and general public by improving the transmission of information with innovative tools. Different modern technologies will be used to develop friendly materials adapted to several target audience (stakeholders involved in the response and the management, sea professionals, scholars, volunteers, etc.). Actions: 4.1. Production and divulgation of dissemination materials:  - 4.1.1. Identify the key materials to upgrade in each region.  - 4.1.2. Upgrade and produce the dissemination materials.  - 4.1.3. Dissemination of the educational materials produced in periodic environmental publications devoted to the general public. 4.2. Development of E-learning products and services (including audio-visual products):  - 4.2.1. Identification of current gaps and requirements of training materials.  - 4.2.2. Development of e-learning materials.  - 4.2.3. Development and organization of training courses for trainers. 4.3. Elaboration of “information capsules” for media use.
